Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA notice, MNGame will review the request and take appropriate action, which may include disabling access to or removing the challenged game from user-facing listings.

If the original content provider believes the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, they may submit a formal counter-notification pursuant to sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA.
